Senator Hutchinson Bailed Out on Today’s ACORN Vote.

Our senior Senator from Texas decided not to vote against the continued taxpayer funding of ACORN.  And now she wants to come to Texas and run the state??  This comes after the Senator voted FOR the bailout.

“Less than one week after the Senate returned to work, Senator Hutchison skipped a key vote to prevent ACORN from receiving taxpayer funds from the Department of Housing and Urban Development. This is yet another example of Senator Hutchison failing to protect the taxpayers of Texas. The Senator made time to vote for a $700 billion bailout for Wall Street, but when it came time to prevent tax dollars from going to a liberal activist group, she was nowhere to be found.”  Full Statement from the Perry Campaign here.

Help us encourage our Senator to stay in DC and fight ACORN, Obama Care and Cap and Tax by becoming a Perry Home Headquarters!

  1. Kay *Bailout* Hutchison… Had better things to do than stand against ACORN… Well, I have better things to do than vote for the old bat when she runs for Governor next year…

  3. Kay is now on a growing list of senate and house politicians that I am helping defeat in the upcoming elections.
I will pass the word to all my fellow Texans and make contributions to her opponent.
Kay, you screwed up big time, sister!
    Start packing!

  4. We (i.e. conservatives) are better than this. Kay doesn’t support ACORN, period. I don’t understand why she is running for governor, but surely you can find actual reasons to oppose her. Too bad Perry doesn’t move to the Senate – I guess he wants to try for president.

  5. Alex, this is just one of many reasons why not to vote for KBH. For some of the other reasons why and some hilarious videos visit http://www.washingtonkay.com. To see Governor Perry’s record visit, http://www.rickperry.org/texassucceeding
